Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. We do not accept exchanges for custom items. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges if you need a different size or a similar item, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange. Custom items are excluded from exchanges and are final sale.

Issues with Item

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email. Customers have 3 days after their order is delivered to inspect their package and notify us of any issues. If we are not contacted within this 3-day window, we will be unable to resolve the issue.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. Notify us within this period to use the right of withdrawal. Custom items are excluded from this right and are final sale.
The withdrawal period starts the day after you receive the item. If the period ends on a weekend or holiday, it extends to the next business day. Return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Return costs are covered by the buyer.
